Blackwell of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota granted final approval to a class action settlement in In Re: Group Health Plan Litigation, where Almeida Law Group and co-counsel represented the class alleging that Group Health Plan, Inc. d/b/a HealthPartners unlawfully disclosed personal health information through website tracking tools to third parties like Meta.
