Court Appoints Elena A. Belov as Interim Co-Lead Counsel in Mt. Baker Imaging Data Breach Litigation
Overview
On May 16, 2025, the Honorable Evan Jones of the Whatcom County Superior Court of the State of Washington granted the Joint Motion to Consolidate and Appoint Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in the consolidated litigation titled In re: Mt. Baker Imaging, LLC, Data Security Litigation, Case No. 25-2-00463-37.

This appointment reflects the Court’s confidence in our leadership and commitment to representing the interests of the proposed class.
The consolidated actions stem from allegations involving a data security incident affecting Mt. Baker Imaging, LLC and Northwest Radiologists, Inc., P.S. The Court’s order consolidates four related cases and outlines the responsibilities of Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel, including overseeing pretrial procedures, coordinating discovery and managing settlement discussions.
