elena Belov

Elena A. Belov is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Data Privacy and Security Practice group at Almeida Law Group LLC. After receiving her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, Elena began her legal career as a defense attorney at Milbank LLP, a renowned international law firm, where she represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigations including corporate law, contractual disputes, and insurance and securities fraud. As part of her dedication to public service, Elena clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, taught environmental law at the University of Washington School of Law, and developed domestic and international regulations of industrial activities in the Arctic while working at the World Wildlife Fund. At ALG, Elena is dedicated to fighting corporate malfeasance by investigating and prosecuting consumer class actions, including data privacy litigation, in state and federal courts throughout the country.
