Maaike is the Director of Legal Operations at Almeida Law Group. She regularly consults with the firm’s partners, attorneys and staff to identify business objectives and process inefficiencies and develops and implements solutions to maximize growth and performance. She helps optimize vendor contracts and hiring decisions and manages human resources and information management issues within the Firm.
Prior to joining ALG, Maaike practiced as a litigation attorney at Jenner & Block and Latham & Watkins, and as outside litigation counsel for Navistar Truck & Engine Co. She also worked in legal recruiting in the Chicago and National markets.
