About Lifespark Management Services, LLC

Lifespark Management Services, LLC is a privately held senior care company founded in 2004 and headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The company provides integrated senior health services including home care, skilled home health, hospice, primary care, and senior living management across more than 50 communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Utah. What Happened?

According to a notice posted to Lifespark’s website and reporting by ClassAction.org and Wolf Haldenstein, the company discovered suspicious activity within its email environment on February 18th, 2026. The exposed data varied by individual but reportedly included names, dates of birth, driver’s licenses and state IDs, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, financial account information, payment card information, health insurance information, and medical information such as treatment and diagnosis details, disability information, medical record numbers, provider information, and prescription information. No ransomware group or specific threat actor has been identified in connection with this incident.

Multiple law firms have announced investigations on behalf of affected individuals, including Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP and Shamis & Gentile P.A.
