Almeida Law Group is pleased to announce that, on June 17, 2025, the Honorable Gail L. Noll, Circuit Judge for Sangamon County, Illinois, granted preliminary approval of a class action settlement in Donnelly v. Aspen Dental Management, Inc., Case No. 2025LA000036. 

In granting preliminary approval, Judge Noll ruled that the settlement was fair, reasonable and adequate pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/2-801. The Court further ruled that the settlement provides significant benefits to the Settlement Class and avoids continued, protracted litigation between the Parties. The Court appointed David S. Almeida of Almeida Law Group LLC and Brandon M. Wise of Peiffer Wolf Carr Kane Conway & Wise as Class Counsel. A Final Approval Hearing has been scheduled on October 20, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois.
