On September 27, 2024, unauthorized actors gained access to the company’s systems through a hacking incident. However, the breach went undetected until June 3, 2025. Once discovered, Healthcare Services Group launched an investigation, secured its systems, and began notifying those affected. Written notification letters were mailed starting August 25, 2025.
