Preliminary Approval Granted in Duly Health and Care Data Privacy Settlement
Overview
On November 17, 2025, in Mayer v. Midwest Physician Administrative Services, LLC d/b/a Duly Health and Care, Case No. 1:23-cv-03132, Judge Perry of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois granted preliminary approval of a class action settlement resolving claims that Duly Health and Care unlawfully disclosed patient data through website tracking technologies.
In granting preliminary approval, Almeida Law Group LLC and Stephan Zouras LLC were appointed Class Counsel. Judge Perry granted class certification for settlement purposes of the following class: All individuals who logged into the authenticated portion of Duly’s Website, https://www.dulyhealthandcare.com/, from July 24, 2020 to April 10, 2023. A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for April 7, 2026.
