Almeida Law Group is pleased to announce that Elena A. Belov, Partner and co-chair of our Data Privacy & Security group, was recently appointed Interim Co-Lead Counsel alongside Marc H. Edelson of Edelson Lechtzin LLP and Jonathan D. Mann of Pittman, Dutton, Hellums, Bradley & Mann P.C. in the consolidated litigation titled Nadeau, et al. v. Onsite Mammography, LLC d/b/a Onsite Women’s Health, Case No. 3:25-cv-11123-MGM, which is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
In appointing Elena, Marc and Jonathan Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel, the Honorable Mark G. Mastroianni found that each of the appointed counsel satisfies the requirements of Rule 23(g)(1) and (g)(4), and that their appointment would protect the interests of the proposed class, avoid unnecessary cost and promote judicial efficiency. This leadership team will oversee all aspects of the litigation, including pleadings, discovery, settlement negotiations, trial proceedings and appeals.
