On November 18, 2025, in Mrozinski v. Aspirus, Inc., Case No. 2023CV000170, Judge LaMont Jacobson of the Circuit Court for Marathon County, Wisconsin granted final approval of a class action settlement resolving claims that Aspirus disclosed patient information through website tracking technologies.
In granting final approval, David Almeida of Almeida Law Group LLC, Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman PLLC, Strauss Borrelli PLLC, and Ahmad, Zavitsanos & Mensing PLLC were appointed Class Counsel. The Court found the Parties’ Settlement met the applicable prerequisites for settlement class action treatment under Wis. Stat. § 803.08 and approved the Settlement as fair, reasonable and adequate.
