On March 16, 2026, in John v. Delta Defense LLC and United States Concealed Carry Association, Inc., Case No. 23-cv-01253, Judge Lynn Adelman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin granted final approval of a class action settlement and Plaintiffs’ motion for fees, expenses, and service awards.
The settlement resolved Plaintiffs’ claims that Delta Defense and USCCA disclosed user’s video data through website tracking technologies in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act. Almeida Law Group LLC and Hansen Reynolds LLC were Class Counsel in this litigation. In granting final approval, the Court also overruled the sole objection to the settlement.
