About Access Residential Management

Access Residential Management is a full-service residential property management company founded in 2008 as an offshoot of Access Hotel and Resorts. The company manages homeowner associations, condo communities, and condo hotels across more than 20 lifestyle communities encompassing over 6,500 single-family residences, including three Del Webb communities in Florida. It serves major publicly traded homebuilders such as Pulte Group, D.R. Horton, KB Home, and Lennar, and also operates under the names Access Management, Access Realty, and Access Maintenance. The company is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with additional offices in Kissimmee, Florida; Sarasota, Florida; and Dallas, Texas.

What Happened?

Access Residential Management was listed in a Vermont Attorney General breach report summary published on October 5th, 2026. The filing classifies Access Residential Management as an “Other Commercial” organization and identifies health information as a category of data involved in the breach. The Vermont AG filing is the sole public source confirming this incident. No breach date, affected-person count, or notification date was specified in the summary, and no consumer notice letter was available from the Vermont AG portal at the time of research.

The inclusion of health information as a breached data category is notable for a residential property management company, as health data is not a typical data type for this industry. No ransomware group claims, threat-actor attributions, news coverage, or class action filings related to this incident have been identified as of the research date.

Key Facts at a Glance

What Should You Do?

If you received a notification from Access Residential Management, review it carefully for any identity theft protection or credit monitoring services being offered and enroll before any stated deadline. Because health information was reportedly involved, review your Explanation of Benefits statements and medical records for any services you did not receive or authorize. Place a fraud alert or credit freeze with the three major credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — and monitor your credit reports for unfamiliar accounts or inquiries. You can request free annual credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com. If you suspect your information has been misused, report it to the Federal Trade Commission at IdentityTheft.gov.
