Effective Date: June 3, 2026

1. Parties This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Almeida Law Group LLC (“ALG,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual authorized user (“you”) accessing the ALG Finance Dashboard (“Application”).

2. License Grant ALG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application solely for internal business purposes on behalf of ALG.

3. Authorized Use Access to the Application is restricted to authorized ALG personnel only. You may not share your credentials or grant access to any third party. Use of the Application is limited to legitimate firm business functions.

4. Data and Confidentiality The Application accesses confidential firm financial data. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information accessed through the Application and to use it only for authorized firm purposes.

5. Restrictions You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the Application. You may not use the Application for any purpose outside the scope of your employment or engagement with ALG.

6. Termination ALG may revoke access at any time. Your license terminates automatically upon end of your employment or engagement with ALG.

7. Disclaimer The Application is provided for internal use as-is. ALG makes no warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
