Almeida Law Group is a plaintiff-side litigation firm representing individuals and classes in complex consumer protection, privacy and economic accountability matters. Our practice focuses on holding corporate defendants accountable through disciplined, high-quality litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. 

We seek highly qualified attorneys and professionals who are committed to rigorous advocacy, strong client service and high professional standards. 

We regularly consider candidates for: 

Associates 

For attorneys in the early stages of practice, typically with 0–5 years of relevant experience. Associates work closely with senior attorneys on case development, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery and client communications. 

Senior Associates 

For attorneys with substantial litigation experience and demonstrated ability to manage significant aspects of complex matters. Senior Associates take lead roles in briefing, discovery strategy, mentoring junior attorneys and coordinating with experts and co-counsel.  

We also consider experienced attorneys with backgrounds in class actions, consumer protection, privacy, or complex civil litigation for appropriate senior roles. 

Strong academic credentials, training at top defense or plaintiff firms or relevant government practice, excellent writing ability and federal court experience are highly valued. 

We recruit skilled professionals to support litigation and firm operations, including: 

• Paralegals and litigation support specialists 

• Operations and administrative staff 

Support staff are essential to the firm’s effectiveness and are fully integrated into case teams.
