What Happened?

BBC International is offering affected individuals 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring through Experian IdentityWorks. As of October 2026, at least two law firms — Shamis & Gentile P.A. and Federman & Sherwood — have announced investigations into the breach, though no class action complaint has been filed in public records as of the research date.
