What Happened?

A cybersecurity investigation determined that an unknown actor accessed and potentially copied files on November 14th and 15th, 2025. The ransomware group Sinobi claimed responsibility for the attack via a Tor-based leak site posting discovered around December 22nd–23rd, 2025, alleging it obtained 120 GB of data including financial information, customer data, and contracts. This is an attacker-side allegation tracked by Ransomware.live and RedPacket Security and has not been independently confirmed by the organization. No filed class action lawsuit has been located, but law firm Shamis & Gentile P.A. announced in January 2026 that it is investigating the breach, and ClassAction.org reported that attorneys are exploring whether a class action can be filed on behalf of affected individuals.
