Attorneys at Almeida Law Group are investigating whether a class action lawsuit can be filed on behalf of individuals affected by a possible Integrex RCM data breach. According to dark web monitoring sources, a hacker group calling itself qilin claimed responsibility for a cyberattack on Integrex RCM in a post first observed in August 2026, alleging it had gained access to internal company systems. As of this writing, Integrex RCM has not issued a public confirmation of the incident, and the exact scope of any exposed data remains unknown. If you believe you were affected, contact Almeida Law Group.

About Integrex RCM

Integrex RCM, also doing business as Integrex Health, is a healthcare technology company that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to support revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. Its services include insurance coverage discovery, claims data organization, claim status tracking, payment acceleration, and payer communication automation. The company works with hospitals, clinics, radiology and imaging practices, and pathology businesses, and has established relationships with major payers including Anthem and United Healthcare. Its headquarters location is reported variously as Hawthorne, New York and Atlanta, Georgia, with both locations in the United States.

What Happened?

On August 26th, 2026, the Qilin ransomware group listed Integrex RCM on its dark-web data-leak site, as tracked by Ransomware.live and independently noted by RecentBreaches.com. This is an attacker-side allegation only. No public confirmation from Integrex RCM or any regulatory body has been found. No details on data volume, data types, or attack timeline have been disclosed by any source.

Qilin is a ransomware-as-a-service operation active since mid-2022, originally known as Agenda. The group uses double-extortion tactics, meaning it both encrypts victims’ data and threatens to publish stolen files if a ransom is not paid. Security researchers have identified Russia-linked indicators in Qilin’s code and noted that the group avoids targeting organizations in Commonwealth of Independent States countries. In 2026, Qilin has been identified as one of the most active ransomware operations globally, with approximately 500 or more claimed victims tracked that year alone. No independent media reporting or regulatory filing specific to this alleged Integrex RCM incident has been found.

What Should You Do?

If you believe your information may have been involved, you should monitor your financial accounts and credit reports closely for any suspicious activity. You can request free credit reports from all three major bureaus at AnnualCreditReport.com, and you may consider placing a fraud alert or security freeze on your credit files to make it harder for anyone to open new accounts in your name. If you experience signs of identity theft, report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission at IdentityTheft.gov, which can help you create a personalized recovery plan. Because Integrex RCM works with healthcare providers and insurance payers, you should also review any Explanation of Benefits statements from your health insurer and check your medical records for services you do not recognize.
