As part of this ongoing California expansion, ALG is pleased to welcome Victor Sandoval as Of Counsel and Chloe Goorman, a UC Berkeley School of Law 2L, as a Summer Associate.
- Victor Sandoval, an experienced litigator with a background in consumer rights and public‑interest enforcement, will play a central role in the firm’s class action and regulatory matters. He brings a strong focus on privacy, advertising technology, and digital data practices. Accredited as a CIPP/US and drawing on prior experience working in digital marketing analytics, Victor brings both technical insight and litigation experience to complex matters arising under CIPA, ECPA, VPPA, COPPA, and other consumer-protection laws. His experience handling high-value matters positions him to play a key role in the firm’s growing privacy and class action practice.
- Chloe Goorman joins the Firm as part of its competitive summer program, bringing strong research, writing, and advocacy skills developed through her work at Berkeley Law.
