Almeida Law Group is pleased to announce that the Honorable Jennifer Schwartz of the Eighth Judicial District Court for Clark County, Nevada has granted final approval of a class action settlement in W.M.F. and Marden v. LifeMD, Inc., Case No. A-24-906800-C.
The litigation involves allegations that LifeMD unlawfully disclosed users’ private information to third parties including Meta and Google through tracking technologies embedded in its website.
In a final approval order issued on September 30, 2025, Judge Schwartz finally certified the class for settlement purposes, approved the settlement agreement as fair, reasonable and adequate, and dismissed the case with prejudice. The Court found that Plaintiffs adequately represented the class and confirmed the appointment of Nicholas A. Migliaccio and Jason S. Rathod of Migliaccio & Rathod LLP and David S. Almeida of Almeida Law Group LLC as Settlement Class Counsel.
