We are very pleased to announce that the Honorable Robin Schmidt of the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois recently granted final approval of a class action settlement in Tambroni v. WellNow Urgent Care, P.C., Case No. 2025LA000013.
The litigation stemmed from a data security incident involving the unauthorized disclosure of personal information, affecting nearly 600,000 individuals throughout the United States. The Court previously granted preliminary approval on April 1, 2025, conditionally certifying two settlement subclasses: approximately 55,131 individuals whose Social Security numbers were impacted and approximately 541,870 individuals whose other personal information was exposed.
