On April 13, 2026, in Clarkson v. Onsight Mammography LLC, Case No. 3:25-cv-11123-MGM, Judge Mastroianni of the United States District Court of California granted preliminary approval of a class action settlement resolving claims that Onsite Mammography, LLC (d/b/a Onsite Women’s Health) failed to prevent disclosure of patients’ sensitive personal information and confidential health records.

Judge Mastroianni granted class certification for settlement purposes only of the following class: All individuals residing in the United States whose Private Information may have been impacted by the data breach, some compromised data even including credit card numbers, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
