The Almeida Law Group is pleased to announce that Wesley M. Griffith has been appointed Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in San Diego and Yoon v. Blockratize, Inc. d/b/a Polymarket, et al., Case No. 1:26-cv-00973-MMG, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In an Order dated July 8, 2026, Judge Margaret M. Garnett appointed Mr. Griffith, alongside Gabriel Mandler of Edelsberg Law, P.A., to lead the consolidated action on behalf of plaintiffs and the putative class. The case involves claims arising from alleged online gambling markets operated through the Polymarket platform.

In granting the appointment, the Court cited the substantial work Mr. Griffith and Mr. Mandler have done investigating the claims, their extensive experience handling class actions and complex litigation, their subject-matter knowledge of the applicable law, and the resources their firms bring to representing the class.

We are proud to see Wesley’s leadership recognized by the Court and look forward to advancing this matter on behalf of the class.
