A federal court in California has granted preliminary approval of a class action settlement in Clarkson v. Onsight Mammography LLC, Case No. 3:25-cv-11123-MGM. The lawsuit alleged that Onsite Mammography failed to protect patients' sensitive personal and health information from a data breach.

A federal court in the Northern District of Illinois has granted final approval of a class action settlement in Mayer v. Duly Health and Care, Case No. 1:23-cv-03132. The lawsuit alleged that Duly shared users’ private information with third parties through website tracking technologies between 2020 and 2023. The court approved the settlement as fair and dismissed the case with prejudice, reflecting continued efforts to hold companies accountable for digital privacy violations.

On March 16, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin granted final approval of the settlement in John v. Delta Defense LLC and United States Concealed Carry Association, Inc., Case No. 23-cv-01253.

On March 12, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California denied Skullcandy, Inc.’s motion to dismiss in Jones v. Skullcandy, Inc., Case No. 25-CV-1759 JLS (BLM), allowing a privacy class action alleging unlawful website tracking and data interception under the California Invasion of Privacy Act to proceed.

On February 26, 2026, the Almeida Law Group filed a class action against Domino’s Pizza and related entities over the charging of unlawful junk fees at certain store locations in California. The case is Murphy v. Domino’s Pizza Franchising LLC, et al., No. 3:26-cv-01712, filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit seeks to recover unlawfully collected fees and hold Domino’s and its affiliated entities responsible for the allegedly unlawful practices.
