Medical Computer Business Services (MCBS) confirmed a data breach affecting over 1.2 million individuals in a notice published on July 30, 2026, disclosing an incident that occurred on September 22, 2025.

AnMed Medical Center ("AnMed") has publicly confirmed that it experienced a ransomware attack that disrupted its operations. According to reporting by the Anderson Observer, the attack shut down systems, forced some facility closures, and delayed treatments.

A federal court in the Northern District of Illinois has granted final approval of a class action settlement in Mayer v. Duly Health and Care, Case No. 1:23-cv-03132. The lawsuit alleged that Duly shared users’ private information with third parties through website tracking technologies between 2020 and 2023. The court approved the settlement as fair and dismissed the case with prejudice, reflecting continued efforts to hold companies accountable for digital privacy violations.
